1. What does Princess Playhomes sell?

Princess Playhomes is an online fashion boutique offering women’s fashion products, including dresses, tops, bottoms, swimwear, shoes, bags, and accessories.

2. Where do you ship?

We primarily serve customers in the United States. We may also offer shipping to selected international destinations depending on product availability and checkout options.

If shipping is unavailable to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

3. How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time or during weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

4. How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time:

United States: 5–10 business days
International destinations: 7–15 business days

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping transit time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, peak seasons, or holidays.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

7. Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept eligible returns within 30 days after delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached where applicable.

8. What items cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

Final sale items
Gift cards
Items marked as non-returnable
Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items
Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items
Swimwear without original hygiene liners or tags

9. Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will assist with the return process.

If the return is due to personal preference, wrong size selection, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

10. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
