Princess Playhomes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

Final sale items
Gift cards
Items marked as non-returnable
Worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used items
Items without original tags or packaging
Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items
Swimwear without original hygiene liners or tags
Items returned after the return window has expired

4. How to Request a Return

If the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, we will help resolve the issue.

If the return is due to personal preference, wrong size selection, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges
